Blanking Grommet to fit One and a Half Inch holes in the body.
We used it to fill the holes in front of the cooling system reservoir bottle believing that every stray piece of air needs harnessing to be passed though the radiator.
The BL Parts catalogue shows it in the Stag boot floor. Incorrect, the tank drain plug protrudes and there is no other hole for this in the boot floor. In the BL catalogue for a 1500cc Triumph we find it is called a Paint drain blanking plug. We conclude if you find a 1 1/2 inch hole in the car body you can use this to block it if you wish.
